The efficiency from the first point of contact, when I called to ask for a quote, was far above the competition. With all angles covered, Lori noted the potential challenges that could happen during the unit drop off, so I could prepare the zone accordingly and because of that, the unit was deposited in my driveway without a hitch.  And all of my follow up questions that I had were answered very quickly by email which, when you’re juggling a million details during a big move, was tremendously appreciated!

The drop off and pick up drivers arrived when I was told they would arrive and were both quite friendly, efficient and helpful.

The product size options met my needs and were priced better than the other similar services that I had looked at.

At the end of this experience, I can easily say that I would use Go Mini’s again and will highly recommend them to anyone who has need of this service.
